- We are an IT Professional Services firm with clients in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, and real estate. Because of recent growth, we are in need of an experienced Office Administrator

Description:
- Technology firm looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who are interested in being consistently challenged.
Overall responsibilities:
- Conduct clerical duties: Filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Coordinate meetings and project deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, receivables, and generating reports
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff
- Provide administrative support for the operations team
- Assist with sales quotation and client follow up
Qualifications:
- EXCELLENT communication and follow up skills
- BRILLIANT troubleshooting skills
- 2+ years experience in an office setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions
- Customer-oriented mentality
- Handles themselves professionally as this will be a customer-facing role.
